Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 1 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Requirements
- Items must be in original condition and packaging
- Custom or personalized items may not be returnable unless damaged or misprinted
- Digital downloads cannot be returned once accessed
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at info@zachhallphoto.net within 10 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide return authorization and instructions
- Package items securely and ship to our returns address
Return Shipping & Refunds
- Our error (damaged, wrong item, print quality issues): We pay return shipping and provide full refund
- Customer preference: Customer pays return shipping; refund processed minus original shipping costs
- Refund timeline: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
